Yes, and we all want clean air and water. However, even John Kerry has said it would have no impact globally if the U.S. cut its carbon emissions to zero. Instead of pushing big government climate change policies that crush resource industries and Alaskan families, we could prohibit pre-emptive and retroactive vetoes under the CWA, properly define “Waters of the United States” in the CWA, and reduce taxes and regulations so we can invest in energy innovation and environmental conservation efforts.
