This candidate comparison tool was created in response to voter requests for easier ways to compare candidates in the 2022 election. It is a collaboration between Alaska Public Media, the Alaska Beacon, Anchorage Daily News and KTOO. The tool includes answers to a candidate questionnaire drawn from questions from community members as well as links to other resources. We will update campaign donor information as it becomes available and update the tool with more links and information as we move closer to the election. Have any feedback? Let us know here.

How to use this tool: For each race you can see a candidate’s full list of answers by clicking on the candidate’s name or image at the top of the page. Below the links to the candidates are a list of topics. Click on one to go directly to a comparison on that specific issue. You can also access comparisons from candidate pages and from a dropdown menu on each topic page.
